Tej Machine Tools Co manufactures Master Gears brand Thread Milling Machine. This is suitable for the milling of long threads by means of side milling cutters, single start worms and multi start worms, as well as for hobbing of spur gears, helical gears, chain sprockets, multi spline shafts running parallal to axis, helical grooves, corrugating rolls, etc. The machine is available in three different models, ie, one meter, two meter and three meter hobbing or milling length. The machine can handle work piece up to 300 mm diameter having module of 5 to 8 modules. It is suitable for leading screws, indexing worms, reduction gearbox worms, corrugation rolls, spline shafts and other rolls with helical grooves, etc.
