Suhas Hydrosystems introduces medium duty hydraulically operated tube bending machine for user areas such as furniture, decorative items, automobiles seats, exhaust silencers, hydraulic piping, chemical and process tubes, transformer and heat exchanger tubes. This machine is compact and robust in design and modular in construction with add-on and delete features to suit individual's requirements of final product and production volume. The machine has a capacity to bend tubes of dia 32 x 2 mm with maximum bending radius of 160 mm and bend angle range of 5' to 180'. The bending speed of the machine is 30'per second with a bend accuracy of ?0.25'. The machine has a program memory of 800 bends and a production rate of 200 bends at 90' per hour excluding handling time. The company also ofers different models of standard and custom built tube bending machines for sizes from 6 mm to 350 mm outside diameter.
