Section Bending Machine

Energy Mission Engineers offers a three-roll Section Bending Machine, Model EM SB 60. The EM SB series machines are technologically advanced and most effective when bending regular sections such as flat bar (flat or on edge), rectangular bars or typical T, angles, channels, I-sections, bars or tubes with square or rectangular sections (in addition to stainless steel tubes, brass or copper or other materials). The rolls are made of alloy steel and heat treated for wear resistance. The other structure components like shafts, pinions and gears are made from alloy steel, rotating on self aligned spherical roller bearing. All 3 shafts are driven for maximum traction. Rolls are driven by a specially designed gearbox and electric brake motor. The highest level of versatility is achieved by coupling the double pinch design with longer travel on the lower rolls. The top roll is fixed and the lateral rolls are adjusted hydraulically to perform the pre-pinching operation. The individual lateral roll position can be monitored and controlled by the DRO to have better and precise positioning of lateral rolls. The compact hydraulic unit is equipped with international quality components and modern safety devices. Tooling components are smooth surfaced, non-marring and induction hardened to 45 HRC for durability. Heavy-duty lateral material guide rolls can be adjusted in 3 axes.
