SAND MILLS

Chemfilt manufactures Sand mills for microgrinding and microdispersion. These sand mills have specially designed agitator discs which ensure very fast grinding and dispersion at comparatively lower power consumption. The wear parts are made up of special alloy steels having high abrasion resistance and corrosion protection quality that ensure longer service life. The product feed rate can be controlled with the help of a step less infinite speed variator ensuring very low initial set-up time for a particular product being processed. The product feed temperature and pressure can be controlled with the help of special safety features, which stop the grinding motor and pump motor if a set pressure or temperature is exceeded.
