RAM TURRET MILLING MACHINES

Emtex Machinery offers Ram Turret Milling Machines. It is available in model series of 1500S with table size (230 x 1067 mm and 230 x 1244 mm), 2000S with table size (254 x 1270 mm and 254 x 1370 mm) and 3500S with table size of (305 x 1270). It has longitudinal travel of (736, 836, 965 mm), cross travel (305, 400, 400 mm), vertical travel (406, 406, 400 mm), auto quill feed, head swivel of (R x L90°) and (F x B45°), ram travel of 320, 480, 420 mm, respectively. Also these have adjustable double nut design for minimal back lash, double lock on saddle, ram and knee; X and Y axis lined with turcite B coating, double speed motor for high RPM, hardened and ground X and Y slide ways. Standard accessories which are been provided with machines are one shot lubrication, draw bar, tool box, way cover, and operation manual.
