Simpletec Automatics offers Rail Bending & Forming Machine, 1200T. These Rail Bending Machines are designed for bending/forming or straightening of railway tracks. There are two Down Stroking Traveling Presses running on a 9000 mm long track. The bed length is 7000 mm. There are two 300T horizontal hydraulic cylinders which can be positioned as required along the entire length of the bed. The press travel is motorized, actuated through push buttons provided on two electric panels or through remote control pendants. The press is easy and safe to operate. Machines with longer table and higher capacities are also offered.
