Plate Bending Machines

Weldor hydraulic/mechanical 4-roll/3-roll standard pre-pinch type and pyramid type plate bending machines are available in wide range from 1000 mm to 6000 mm length and 1 mm to 100 mm thickness. Distinctive features of the Weldor machines: movable control panel, gearbox/hydraulic motor, MS plates fabricated main frame and housing, forged steel rolls, hydraulic and electrical balancing system, manual control lubrication system, and hydraulic drop end. Advantages of the machines: suitable for medium and heavy plates, pipes in full circle or various radius can be done easily, gearbox facilitates more torque against over capacity and over bending operations, and simple mechanism enables easy maintenance. Optional equipment/standard accessories: conical bending, section bending, plate feeding table, automatic centralised lubrication system, digital read out display, profile rollers, etc.
