Godson Bending Systems offers a standard pyramid type 3-roll Plate Bending Machine. Features: easy to maintain and useful for various jobs; modern design, rigid structure and simple mechanism facilitates accurate job even by semi-skilled workers; fitted with electric brake motor and control panel, a first in India, so that machine can be stopped at any stage of operation; possible to shape in rolling as per requirement due to movable control panel; two gearboxes, electric brake motor, push button type movable operating switchboard and electric control panel for easy and safe operations; machine with double gearbox – one a worm gearbox and another a spur reduction gearbox, so fatigue in operation and overload on electric motor and worm reduction gearbox is totally avoided even when machine working in over capacity; only top roll pressing (up-down) and opening-closing of drop-end are through hydraulic system and cylinders, all other operations are carried out mechanically; in hydro-mechanical version top roll pressing is manual and opening/closing of end-dropper is manual or motorised; hydro-mechanical machine requires less manpower compared to mechanical version, which directly affects production rate and finish job value; and the rates are more competitive in this range, very useful for getting cylindrical shapes and better performance. The machine works on 3 rolls pyramid principle. Bottom rolls are fixed and driven by gears and worm reduction gearbox, top roll rotates in fixed positions and can be adjusted up and down manually by adjustable screws. Housing is made from MS plate of suitable strength and mounted on heavy base frame, rolls are made from forged steel and perfectly machined for accurate results. For further information contact:
