Jay-Shree Machines offers a hydraulic 4-roll double pinch type Plate Bending Machine. These plate bending machines are available in six different ranges, each range has a different mechanism, specifications and systems for suitable applications and production rate, viz., Type J4RHH, J4RHM, J3RHH, J3RHM, J3RMM and J3RML. Model J4RHH is very suitable for medium and heavy plates or stainless steel, model J4RHM is very suitable for light and medium plates. All other technical specifications, standard and optional equipment is as under. Technical specifications and standard accessories: pipes in full circle or varying radiuses can be done easily, bottom roll and side rolls move with hydraulic cylinders, overload protection, top roll and bottom rolls are drives by hydraulic motor and planetary gearbox, hydraulic drop-end for easy removal of finished pipes, easy operation with mobile control panel, welded steel frames, forged or rolled steel rolls, manual central lubrication system, hydraulic and electrical balancing system, and users manual. Optional equipment: cone bending device, double speed working system, hydraulic lateral supports for large diameters, extended rolls, profile rollers, automatic centralised lubrication system, material feed table, overhead crane for large diameters, digital readout display, and NC control system.
