Plano-Miller Machine

Jagdeep Foundry offers heavy duty, accurate and multipurpose Plano-Miller Machines. These are suitable for planing, milling, drilling and boring operations. Planing production can be increased 4-5 times with repeatable accuracy and high quality of finish equivalent to that of imported plano-millers on comparatively lower rates. The gears and spindles are made of nickel-chrome steel, duly hardened and ground to precision limits. An automatic lubricating unit is provided for smooth and trouble-free operation; and comprehensive centralised controls for simple operation and safety devices are also provided. The machines are widely used in heavy and medium engineering industries, steel plants, etc. The company also manufactures high precision planer machines, horizontal boring machines, vertical turning-cum-boring machines, extra heavy-duty lathe machines, rail planer machines, flywheels and rotary tables.
