Plano Milling Machine

Tuff Tools offers a Plano Milling Machine. It is mounted on the structure and aligned to the face of the plate to be machined. This tool head or milling head is driven from one end to other end 4.0 m away by auto movement in horizontal way in rack and pinion. Vertical movement is also controlled by a hydro-motor to 1.06 m high in Y-axis. Depth of cut is given by hand. The 4" (100 mm) milling cutter is driven by hydraulic power pack. Finishing is smooth, and the accuracy is perfect.
