Pellet Mills

Laamaali Impex offers Pellet Mills. It is an advanced feed pellet-processing machine. The unit adopts a double motor V belt and serrated belt for the driving system without gearbox. It is characterized with ideal drive ratio, large driving moment, balanced operation and large production capacity. This results in less noise. Since the pellet mills are fitted with 2 motors, the synchronous toothed belts driven by double motors in multiple steps result in the machine"s stable running, balanced stress, longer life and lower power consumption. The main structure for the machine consists of feeder, conditioner, and main machine for pellet making including the main motor, transmission countershaft assembly, rotor assembly, die, rollers, blade assembly, and die-hosting device. Different types of conditioners such as single, double or tri-layer conditioner, double-shaft difference conditioners (DDC) etc, can be supplied according to specific needs. The ordinary type conditioner consists of motor, belt driving set up, main shaft, blade, and shell and steam port. Salient features: reliable overload protection system; safety switch to the door of the pellet mill; safety switch to the protection shield of the pellet mill; safety pin overload protection system; hydraulic anchor ear overload protection; by-pass discharge door; speed safety sensor for the motor; magnet device; automatic lubricating device; and cutter provided on the door of the pellet mill for cutting the feed in the desired length. Scope of application: the pellet mill is specifically intended for feed processing - various animal/ poultry/ fish feeds; for oil industry - various cake residues, maize embryo, cotton seed hull, peanut shell; flour mills - bran, tailings, maize protein, etc; chemical industry - carbon methyl cellulose (CMC) calcium super phosphate.
