NC Pipe Benders

Pipe bending is a production requirement in the manufacture of motor cycle parts, hospital equipment, seating systems, gas fittings, heat exchangers, door handles, furniture, etc. Unipunch Toolings has been manufacturing pipe benders for the past one-decade, which deliver defect free bending and suitable to Indian production quantities. The company has introduced a three-axis NC control-bending machine, which controls the `C, B and Y axis of rotation’ apart from controlling the sequencing of operations. This has been introduced for higher levels of output and convenience of the operator. The new machine has the following major specifications: maximum pipe diameter – 25 dia.; wall thickness – 2 mm; and length of pipe – 1.5 m. The company also manufactures requisite tooling along with the pipe benders.
