Ahmedabad-based Zenith Engineering Works manufactures Zenith brand milling, drilling and boring machine - model MDB-32.This milling machine has calibrated down feed and heavy-duty tapered roller bearing spindle. The spindle stroke of the machine is 130 mm and the speed ranges from 100 to 2,080 rpm at 50 Hz. The drilling capacity of it is 32 mm and the tapping capacity is M20. This has a table, which is capable of moving forward and backward by a distance of 175 mm and the working area of it is 730 mm x 210 mm. The product is provided with zero setting dials, positive spindle lock, adjustable gibs on table, and head swivels that rotate at 360 deg. Face mill and end mill capacities of the machine are 76 mm and 20 mm, respectively. The overall height of the machine without stand is 1,100 mm and the machine stand height is 760 mm.
