Suraj Machine Tools offers Precision Universal Horizontal Milling Machines, SM-0. It is available in various models like SM-1, SM-2, SM-3, and vertical milling machine, Model VSM-2. Special features: a very heavy base and close ribbed structure body to avoid any vibration of the machine during heavy cutting; gears are made of alloy steel and nitriding process is done on them for better wear resistance; a wide range of spindle speeds is also available, ie, 6 spindle speeds for models SM-0, SM-1 and 9 spindle speeds for models SM-2, VSM-2, and 12 spindle speeds for model SM-3. Special attachments: dividing head with gear set, rotary table, milling vices, slotting attachments and rack cutting attachments.
