Proven design features include: Superior grade 20/25 castings with brinell hardness of 200 (? 10) BHN ensure durability, reliability and long life; Extra wide guideways give precise movement of the knee without deflection; Headstock gears are manufactured from 20 Mn Cr5/En 353 steel and are duly hardened and ground; X, Y, and Z guideways are precision ground on imported slideway grinder; an independent motor for all three axis with 2 rapid feeds and 18 automatic table feeds; One shot lubrication pump for all the slides and guideways; Backlash eliminator for working table; Overarm motorised vertical head (optional) - an independent motor driven gear box provides 9 speeds ranging from 80 to 1230 RPM; and, the machines are manufactured in M2B/M3B/M4B/M5B models.
