This has the following special features: vertical spindle with 12 step speed for boring, face cutting, mould making, and finish working; tool ? 100 - ? 2 mm easy cutting any material; horizontal spindle strong support and flywheel effect very smooth cutting; turret vertical spindle quill 3 steps autofeed, hand microfeed and handfeed; lever switch control spindle run, stop, brake and setting; turret head right and left 90? swivelling with dial setting at any angle for work; turret head support by rigid, box structure overarm; accurate slide in column and swivelling 360? setting at any position; longitudinal 12 steps feed and rapid traverse; vertical rapid traverse by divide motor; longitudinal traverse lead screw backlash release by a special design; overload cutting the shear pin will cut off and feed stop; and limit switch control knee upper and lower range. The control panel has emergency stop knob controlled power source. All slide face is precision grinding. These milling machines are available in two models: table size 10"x 54"and 12"x 54"; longitudinal travel 1000 mm and 850 mm; quill dia 110 mm and 100 mm; quill travel 140 mm and 120 mm; overarm travel 590 mm to 470 mm; step speed and variable speed. The can also offer vertical and horizontal combined milling machines having separate motor for vertical and horizontal traverse.
