Qua-Tech Industries manufactures auto index milling machine, Model SM-1, that has a maximum job diameter of 60 mm x 38 mm dia cutter. The width of the job is 10 mm maximum while the length of milling is 50 mm maximum. The diameter of the cutter is 25 mm to 60 mm and that of the work spindle bore is 20 mm. The size of the cutter spindle is 10 mm standard or as per requirement. The special advantage of the machine is that it is equipped with a fully automatic cycle and a very quick clamping system for the job. The operation of the machine is so simple that any unskilled worker can operate it. Standard accessories include heavy table with oil reservoir, wide oil basin and tool case, coolant pump with drive, standard plunge CAM, machine lamp, spanner kit with box, oil gun, toggle type centre attchment, built-in auto switch to start/stop auto cycle, modern electrical panel for full safety and control in steel cabinet, standard set of gear for feed.
