The Milling Machine has a rigid spindle housing, cross-ribbed box type column structure, and the closed box type knee design ensures optimum chip removal and surface finish. Automatic feeds are present on X and Y-axis, motorized lifting and lowering of table on Z-axis. A common nut adjusts the bearing preload. The coolant is discharged into the built-in coolant tank in the machine base. Feed selection is by sliding gear drive. The motor reversal ensures the reversal of movement. Change over and rapid traverse feed are ensured by the multi disc clutch.

- Table travel: 800(750) x300 (mm).
- Spindle speed range: 58-1800 rpm.
- Distance of spindle to table surface range: 0-400(mm).
- The rigid structure ensures vibration free and smooth machining.
- Central lubrication is ensured for guide ways and lead screws.
- Splash lubrication for speed and feed gearing.
- An electric pump mounted at the rear of the machine base ensures copious flow of coolant to the work zone.
- Lead screw is there with two nuts for backlash free setting.
- Dead accurate stop through brake clutch.
