Hydraulic rotary draw bender

Unipunch Toolings Pvt Ltd manufactures cost effective hydraulic rotary draw bender, which is alternative to CNC bending. This is a high volume production machine avoiding manual power and produces wrinkle-free, clean and repeatable bends. This machine designed for left hand bending has rack and pinion actuation for bending. This product comes along with wear parts suitably hardened and four bend angles with electrical switch selection. The Toggle action clamps are provided for clamping die, pressure die and mandrel retraction. Swing stoppers help in positioning pipe over mandrel. The tube to be bent is inserted over mandrel and its end is gripped with the clamping die, the bending angle is selected and electrically bending is initiated. The bent portion can be removed out of the roller die by releasing the clamp. The hydraulic tank capacity of the machine is 25 L and has a motor with 3 HP. The outer dimension of the product is 1,100 x 550 x 2,200 mm and speed of bending is 20 deg per second. This machine is provided with adaptor for small size roller dies and interchangeable set of tooling for each type of bend. This bending machine finds its applications in building construction, chemical plants, material handling equipments, cycle and motorcycle frames, electrical appliances, refrigeration pipes and boiler tubes.
