Matchless Machines and Technology offers CJMT range of Gear Shapers, Gear Milling and other machines. CJMT, a company based in Yichang, China has been dedicated to gear shaping technology since 1969. With capacity of 1,000 machines per year, it is one of the biggest manufacturers of gear shaping machines with customer base in US, Europe, South America, besides Asia. The total population of CJMT gear shapers in India is about 14, with the oldest machine in India giving satisfactory performance for more than 8 years. With CJMT moving column type gear shaping machines, YKT5150 and YKT5180A, shaping of cluster gears and internal gears with deep face widths is easy. Shaping of the entire gear is possible in one clamping. Customised tooling and accessories are indigenously designed for specific components by the expert team of CJMT engineers. Auto-loading facility is available to further improve productivity.

Beside gear shaping machines, CJMT also offers gear milling machines (gash milling), which facilitate rapid material removal using Ingersoll cutters. CJMT also make rack gear shaping machines, sector gear shaping machines, shaving cutter serration machines as well as gear hobbing machines in size 3000 mm diameter, with maximum face-width 1800mm.
