Raj High Tech Ventures offer Flash Milling Machines. It is a vertical duplex milling machine intended for removing weld flash of the automotive rings. The top head does face and OD machining while bottom head does second face and ID simultaneously. The milling spindles are supported in opposed tapered roller bearings, grease lubricated for life. The feed is controlled by trapezoidal screw nut arrangement driven by AC induction motor through worm reduction unit. Speed of the feed motors can be optimized by using variable frequency drives.
