Double Roller Cotton Gin

Bajaj Steel Industries, represented by ATE in the spinning sector, has now introduced a new double roller cotton gin, called 'Golden Jubilee' model, with superior performance, both in terms of productivity and quality. Thus, Bajaj Steel has succeeded in fulfilling one of the increasing expectations of customers.
Spinning mills are now making a smart move; backward integration to ginning because they realise that ginning helps to spin profit. Many spinning mills have already set-up their own ginning units, to ensure quality in ginning, resulting in better yarn quality and higher yarn realisation. The ginning industry is mainly dominated by double roller gins, which are apt for Indian cotton. The production rates are in the range of 50 - 70 kg/hr in many operation.
