Double Headed Milling Machine

Double headed milling machine introduced by Craft Tools (India), Ludhiana (Punjab), helps the users to double the production. Mechanically operated rapid production type and PLC-controlled versions (hydraulically operated) are the types available. Milling head and feed box are provided with force lubrication system. Feed ratio is also very selectable in the range from 15 to 150 mm/min in longitudinal feed, with an independent feed box driven by separate motor. All materials used in the construction of machines are of specified steels and cast iron ISI 25 Grade. Electrical compoments used are ISI marked and are from reputed manufacturers such as Bharat Bijlee, NGEF, etc. Accuracy conforms to BIS standards.
