There are several advantages of CNC milling machines over sliding table machines. A few features of the Model HVM include: The machining of parts with no lamination on the weight of the components; pendular machining to avoid down time; machine with fixed head, without sliding ram, so expansion in the head and transversal motions are avoided; a swarf conveyor is incorporated into the machine with efficient channeling of the coolant back to the 500 litres capacity tank-option; excellent rigidity to increase the quality of the machined product; all slideways are protected with metal telescopic covers; extra-long table to ease fastening of the workpiece; better safety and easiness for the operator as the table is fixed; CNC and control board placed on a swivelling, bracket which slides the table length.
