Nasik-based Sunita Engineering Corporation manufactures precise true 3-axis controlled CNC milling-engraving machines. These tabletop machines interface directly with major software packages such as Casmate, EnRoute, ArtCAM and MasterCAM for milling-engraving-routing applications. These machines use standard cutting tools and their high productivity and low machine-hour rate make them a good investment, even for small machine shops. These products work on ball screw based motion control. The range of feed and plunge rate control is 60 to 720 mm/min.The dimension of the table is 400 mm x 300 mm and the clamping area is 350 mm x 250 mm. These machines have 6 T-slots with centre distance 56 mm and size 12 mm x 9 mm x 21 mm. The traverse distance of X, Y and Z axes are 300, 200 and 60 mm, respectively. Feed rate is1 to 12 mm/sec. The power of spindle motor is 330 watts with maximum spindle speed 10,000 rpm.The power source of the machine is three phase AC 230 V, 250 Hz. The net weight of the machine is 80 kg and the floor space occupied by the machine is 640 mm x 530 mm x 520 mm.
