Electronica India Limited offers a CNC Engraving and Milling Machine, YMC4535. This is high speed CNC engraving machine with compact footprint. The bridge type construction of machine ensures rigidity at high speed machining. The machine is built-in with high speed spindle of 30,000 rpm. The integral collets system for tool clamping eliminates the error due to multiple level tool holding system. The spindle oil cooling system ensures the smooth functioning and long life of spindle. The machine with table size 500 x 385 mm with 5 “T” slots is user friendly for component clamping. It is equipped with latest CNC system LNC528 with very high ‘look ahead’ function as standard. The programming is with standard G codes and does not require any special skill. The tool calibration system ensures the precision measurement to obtain the high quality, precision machining. It avoids the manual errors of tool length measurement.The machine is suitable for machining of irregular shapes, engraving-letters, design, die moulds on various materials. The high quality surface finish and accuracy is obtained with this machine. Centralised lubrication system is very effective and ensures to reach all the moving parts on axes motion. All electro-mechanical components used are of reputed make ensuring high quality performance and highest reliability. The effective coolant and chip management system gives comfort to the operator to maintain the machine update.
