Blending Mould Machine

Electro Magnetic Industries offers Blending Mould Machine.
Purpose:
This machine is mostly used to mix slurry, cement, lime, gypsum and aluminum power/paste suspension fluid which are injected into a tank in a certain proportion to make uniform mixture and make full reaction, as well as inject concrete mixture into model frame. In the tank, mixing intensity and duration can make a difference to the quality of aerated concrete.
Structure Features:
This machine employs propeller mixing which forms a strong swirl in the tank to damage the coating of lime particles, thus making full mixture. Its lifting pouring boom adjusts height with the pouring process to prevent need of customers. The former type can be further divided into floor and mounted type.
Usage:
The hanger can turn over the blank hanging and place it cutting cart. After remolding, the blank can then be cut. The hanger is a main accessory of the equipment of the equipment for production of the aerated concrete.
Working Principle:
