Automatic Pipe Bending Machine

Bright Engineering Works offers automatic pipe bending machine suitable for use in automobile and bicycle industries, steel furniture making, shipping, and for making electrical conduit bends, bathroom products, and many types of general industrial tubular components. The machine is of rigid steel construction, has simple and compact design, and is easy to set-up. It has interchangeable die rolls as per pipe diameter, and mandrel arrangement for wrinkle and flatness-free bend. All parts and slides are made of steel, main shaft is hard and ground. The machine runs with a motor and gearing unit via clutch. It has an adjustable preset stopper for angle bend setting. The machine is available in four models and can also be built to customer's specifications. The company also manufactures centreless automatic pipe buffing machines.
