- These pope reels are based on PLC controls and are easy to use and control; the range of pope reel (online winder) is made using the latest technology and has constant winding nip pressure throughout the pneumatic cylinders
- These pope reels are available up to 1200 meter/minute mill speed and are designed for easy attachment of automatic empty spool loading system
- Primary arm transfers the loaded spool to the secondary arm automatically and manually through the pneumatic cylinder; both side of the primary arms rotate easily through the tie rod (connecting rod)
- Two harden rollers are attached to the secondary arm to keep the pressure on the spool while winding; the secondary arm will disengage automatically and transfer the spool which if full with winding paper.
- Excellent roll build up with large diameter of up to 2500mm; medium speed capability up to 600 MPM (This is accordance with the present day medium sized paper mill demands)
- Large deckle width above 4.5 mtr; optional over head empty spool storage structure; easy to maintain, and easy operator controls; improved paper winding; bump less transfer controls; tight and uniform winding.
