- All 3 roll travels, top roll raises and drops up & down, same as ram of press brake, two side rolls travels, horizontally& individually from each other to reduce or increase centre distance as per the requirement of bending job
- Flat - End (straight part on both the edges) got more compressed while pre - bending became more effective compare to any other plate bending machine
- Due to geometry change of two bottom rolls, smaller diameters possible even with thicker plates
- More faster, accurate and can be operated by limited skill operator
- Plate introduced horizontally (even while pre-bending) and remains under control all the time, this isolates risk on operator while bending larger diameters
- Cone bending is more accurate and easy due to change geometry of bottom rolls
- Very compact in size compare to other 3 roll & 4 roll machines
