Vibratory Finishing Machine

Tasta Engineers offers vibratory finishing machine for metal products. It is best suited for mass deburring and polishing of components.The machine consists of one U-shaped rubber/polyurethane lined metal bowl. In the centre of the bowl, a heavy duty motor with eccentric weights at both ends is mounted, which generates spiral motion. The bowl is fitted with components and media as also suitable finishing compound. Spiral motion creates relative motion between components and media and increases repeated contacts, allowing deburring/polishing within shortest possible time. This machine features automatic separation of components and media. It is useful for products such as castings, automobile parts, bearing cages, hardware, keys and locks, spectacle frames, imitation jewellery, sintered items, and watch cases.
