Prabat Micro Machines offers vertical honing machines, Models VHM 250(M), 250 (F), 400 and 500. Main features: well balanced and rigid design that enables diamond and carbide stones to be used to their full capacity; movable push button control box on the right working side of the machine which enables for easy operation; push button provided for up and down clamping and de-clamping (two wheeler) for fast setting; spindle stops only at the upper set position when auto push button off; in case of power variation, the MCB will be tripped off automatically; inching button is useful for hone at any desired point enabling quick correction of bore; infinitely variable spindle rotation and stroke speed enabling selection of suitable cutting speed depending on material and to achieve the desired cross hatch angle; and spindle RPM display has been provided for diagnostic features of quick identical faults.
