Swiss Superfinishing offers Two/ Three Station Tube Polishing Machines. It is a fabricated structure with Robust and sturdy design. It is used for polishing cylindrical tubes and solid metal rods, best results on stainless steel and on hardened components. Tubes up to 5 meter length can be polished also roller guiding feeders with complete automation can be provided. Its main spindle is designed for high RPM with special Bearings and has facility to adjust according to diameter. The control wheel is mounted on a reduction gear box and has helix angle setting arrangement for controlling the speed of component, can also be adjusted to tilt in upward direction so as to accommodate smaller pieces. Solid rod ranging from diameter 2.5mm to 50 mm and 8 mm to 250 mm can also be polished. Special flap wheels and convolute wheels can facilitate satin finish on Brass and copper. Special unified wheels are made by compressing of non - woven flat stock to obtain wheel of different densities and hardness. They also replace cloth buffs and emery setup wheels. The machine has 2 numbers of flap wheel, Control wheel and standard electrical panel. Product range also includes Dust Collectors.
