D-Honer Engineers offers Super Finishing Machine, DS-60. DS-60 is a pneumatically operated super finishing machine. This can be mounted on the tool post of any lathe. It can super finish-rotating components with the oscillating movement of the super finishing stone. It is most useful in improving surface finish, up to 0.02 µ Ra on various shafts, piston rolls, hard chrome-copper plated/aluminium rolls, rotogravure rolls, gear shaft needles, etc. Different diameters and lengths can be super finished. The company also offers honing/lapping machines.
