Sheet Polishing Machine

Swiss Superfinishing Technologies offers a polishing machine to achieve BA, No.7, No.8 mirror finish, matt, No.4, hairline and satin finish on stainless steel sheets of various sizes ranging from 4 x 8 ft, 5 x 10 ft. The sheet is clamped on the table by means of vacuum. The buffs are mounted on the spindle, which rotate and reciprocate to achieve mirror finish. Various types of polishing wheels can be mounted to achieve different finishes. The machine can be supplied with a lamination machine to protect polished mirror surface. Polishing of sheets can be clubbed with etching machines and decorative colouring of sheets. The surface mirror is to obtain surface with low roughness and high reflection capacity, potentially impossible to be distinguished from a real mirror.
