This machine is suitable for blast cleaning of rolls upto 800 mm width with multiple centrifugal blast wheels strategically positioned to fire shots at high velocity on to the moving roll with facility of variable job conveying speeds. It is mainly used for RFID and flexible cutting die mass production. The various grades of etching are repeatedly obtained to maintain the rolled surface quality.
