Powder Coating Booth

GEL Engineering (India) is a leading manufacturer and exporter of spray painting booths, powder coating booths, pre-treatment plants, ovens, industrial washing machines and painting plants. Powder coating booth comprises mainly of two parts, i.e., one is the working area and the other a recovery unit. The working size depends upon the components to be coated. Filtered air inlet system can be provided in the booth to get good (dust free) quality of powder coating. Powder coating booth can be batch type as well as conveyorised. In the cyclone based powder coating booth, over sprayed powder gets collected in the hopper and due to high velocity-suction, it gets carried to the cyclone. In the cyclone, with spiral action, powder gets collected in the container and air goes out through ducting. This collected powder can be reused.
