The Micro Die and Mould Profiling and Polishing Machine aims at achieving a highly superior surface with the help of reciprocator hand piece attachment (having to and fro linear motion) at a very high speed, 1000-8000 strokes per minute, supported by a 220-250 volts single phase AC supply, 18000-24000 RPM motor, with higher precision, less strain and fatigue, while rotary and angular hand pieces are complementary to the main gadget i.e. reciprocator all of which are driven by flexible shaft. The weight of the reciprocator is 450 grams approx. The reciprocator is a to and fro self-actuating filer. The strock length is adjustable from 0-6 mm. It achieves objectives of mirror finish surface polishing. The profiling and perfection with a repository of tools in different shapes, grades and sizes. The superior finish of polished mould aims to obtain higher standard of quality, smooth ejection of moulds, avoiding chemicals corrosion, cracks and stresses due to overloading.
