Honing machines

Simpletec Automatics, based in Kolkata, offers heavy duty, fully automatic vertical and horizontal honing machines, for components from 10 mm to 650 mm bore and up to 4,500 mm long. The reciprocating tool spindle slide, spindle rotation and tool expansion are hydraulically operated. Machines are designed for fully automatic operation through PLC. These are supplied with tool holders, shank bars with pusher and coolant tank with swart container. Magnetic separator, paper filter unit, pressure flushing unit, etc, are supplied as optional attachments.
