Grinding & Polishing Machine

AJEX make Tungsten Carbide Die Working Equipment is an ideal solution for girnding and polishing of the entire range of Tungsten Carbide wire Drawing Dies, Extrusion Dies and cold Heading Dies.

The Machine consists of a high speed grinding spindle and a die table. The needle fixing is by collet arrangement. 5" Thru Chuck is used to hold the dies. The spindle speed - stroke length and die speed can be varied. The Machine is having an in-built generator to make the dies for 0.100 to 150mm.

The Machine is designed for working bearing positions and reduction angle in one setting. It is supplied with ready to use accessories. For making needles, a Needle Grinder is supplied separately.
