Essen Engineers offers a range of metal finishing and polishing products. Flap mops, flap wheels and interleaved mops offer a versatile and fast and economical solution for finishing, grinding, polishing, sanding, cleaning on flat, profiled and recessed surfaces with pneumatic grinders, high speed electric grinders and flexible shaft grinders. These are manufactured from coated abrasives. Their unique design of non loading and exposing fresh abrasives to create abrasion on the material causes them to wear of uniformly thereby giving a uniform rate of cut and finish depending on grit used. These are available in many different sizes.
