Die & Mould Polishing Machines

Pracson Enterprises manufactures die and mould profiling and polishing machines, which aim at achieving a highly superior surface. The process is done with a help of a reciprocator hand piece attachment (having to and fro linear motion) at a very high speed of 1,000 to 1,8000 strokes per minute, supported by 200 to 250 V, single-phase AC motor with 18,000 to 24,000 RPM. These have high precision, cause less strain and fatigue while the rotary and angular hand pieces are complementary to the main gadget. The reciprocator, which weighs about 452 gm, is a self-actuating filer with stroke length adjustable from 0 to 6 mm. These machines achieve the objectives of mirror finish surface polishing, profiling, and perfection with a repository of tolls in different shapes, grades and sizes. They are used in areas of plastic, rubber, instrumentation and tool design, packaging, pharmaceutical and chemical pressure die-casting, forging, food-processing, electronic and electrical, ceramics, diamond and jewellery automobile bearing, fasteners, wire products, toys, watches, surgical, petrochemicals, glassware and allied industries.
