This machine is suitable for de-burring, polishing and cleaning precision spare parts; and also used for cleaning rust from precision small parts. Features: the machine is perfect working, especially for non-magnetic materials; fine finishes can be achieved without changing the tolerance of the part; delicate parts can be handled with care such as jewellery; small holes and slots can be deburred easily where conventional rock media cannot reach, for example, slotted collets or small cross holes in a part; zero load and unload times with the use of two buckets; small parts can be de-burred quickly and easily without hand separating the parts; a mall strainer is used to separate the media from the parts. Applications: this special machine is designed for light deburring, polishing and cleaning small, light precision parts for the following industries: electronic, connector, watch, machinery, plastic and jewellery, etc. It works with all types of materials such as steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminium, alloy, pewter, and hard plastic; jewellery as gold, silver and platinum.
