Coating Sprays

Integrated Technology offers Coating Spray, IT-85 A. This is dry lubricating bonded coating designed for lubrication of the sliding surfaces operating in dirty/dusty atmospheres. Instructions for Use: clean the surface thoroughly, preferably with a solvent. Do not touch the cleaned surface again by bare hands before spraying. If handling is essential, use clean cotton gloves. Shake the can vigorously at-least for a minute (for intermittent use during one operation, shaking for a few seconds is enough). Spray from a distance of 15 - 20 cms to give a thin, even coating. After use, turn the can upside down and spray till only the propellant gas comes out. This will help to clean the dip tube and actuator, preventing them from choking. Applications: It is also used successfully for the lubrication of coarse chains and guide ways operating under high loads and exposed to high temperatures & as a lubricant for highly stressed joints with slow sliding speeds and/or oscillating movements.
