Brushes

Novelty Buff Trading Company offers a range of buffing products for metal finishing. It offers the following type of brushes: i) Fibre brush (pure) - fibres are hard and stiff therefore used for obtaining satin finish; mostly recommended for brushing of iron and steel parts prior to plating; ii) Mix fibre brushes - mainly used for buffing the narrow and hollow parts and also used for internal surface preparation of hollow parts; iii) Black fibre brush - these Co fibre brushes can polish any uneven surface as the open fibres can reach at any part of uneven surface; theses wheels are economical and therefore they are cost effective; iv) Tapered brush wheel - these wheels have a special taper cut on the wheel surface for working between crevices; v) Wire brushes - these include steel wire brushes made of high grade steel, used for cleaning, casting moulds, metal strips and sheets. These are mainly used for removing rust and scale from metal, removing burrs, welded joints and paints. The other type is brass wire brushes made of crimped/straight brass in finer, medium and coarser grades. They are used to produce frosted effect in gold and silver plated work. Medium and coarse grades can be used for cleaning the surface of brass.
