Aluminium Profile Polishing Machine

Valgro India Limited has designed an Aluminium Profile Polishing Machine. This is one of a kind of machine for surface treatment of aluminium profiles. There are always die lines, scratches and other marks on the surface of aluminium extrusion profiles after the extrusion in the aluminium extrusion factory, which affects the surface quality and market competition of aluminium profiles. Aluminium polishing machine can solve this problem effectively. The surface of aluminium profiles will be as the mirror after the mechanical polishing. Such as three (two) acid polished profile, electrolytic polished profile, polished and oxidized bright profile, polished and electrophoresis profile as well as polished and nickel plated profile, All require mechanical polishing treatment on the surface for the purpose of removing such surface defects as naturally oxidized film, extruded lines etc. to get a bright mirror effect on the surface of aluminium profile. The aluminium profile will be soft colour, high grade and elegant appearance after mechanical polishing treatment and various chemical treatments, which is the trend of development of aluminium profile application. This machine is used to have satin finish on aluminium extrusions prior to Brushes made of waved metal wires clean the surface of aluminium and eliminate. The etching duration of satin brushed aluminium prior to anodizing is much less than the unbrushed counterparts resulting in less chemical consumption in etching and waste water treatment, therefore considerable decrease in production costs. The obtained finish is of fine mechanical satin type, with excellent appearance like Scotch-Brite. No polishing paste and no dust created during the work. The machine has a two different type of models: Alu12-2 total of two head (1 above + 1 below) wire brushes and Alu12-4 four head (2 above + 2 below) with dry sanding process. Therefore, both upper and lower surfaces of the aluminium extrusions are brushed at the same time when they pass through the machine.
