Wire Straightening and Cutting Machines

Fluid Servicing manufactures wire and bar straightening and cutting machines. Straightening in these machines is performed by spinning; and cutting, by shearing. The machines are available in two different capacity models. ST5 is suitable for wire dia of 2.5 mm to 6 mm, while ST-16 is for wire dia ranging from 8 mm to 16 mm. Model ST-5 straightens at the rate of 70 metres/min and gives approximately 250 cuts. ST-16 straightens at the rate of 25 metres/ min and cuts approximately 50 pieces in a minute. Both these models are useful in ferrous, non-ferrous and high speed steel wires and bars.
