Suku Controls offers Wire Straightener. Combine coil cradle straightening units are built to provide a straightened stock to the press for better quality of quality of finished products. Power driven, hardened and ground pinch rollers supported in needle bearings, have enough power to unwind the stock. Hardened and ground straightening rollers centrally adjustable are supported in needle bearings. Loop control system automatically trips the motor on and off and ensures the required stock advances per minute. Variable drive in provided to match the straightened feed according to the feed of the press. Four power driven hardened and ground coil rest rollers in the cradle mounted in antifriction bearing arranged in arc to equalise weight distribution. Both inner frames are easily adjustable to accommodate stock width. Various models are available depending on the width and thickness of material. The company also offers range of products for handling of metal strips such as feeders, coilers, decoilers, etc.
