Roll Forming Machine

Hari Om Machines offers a range of coil processing equipment like roll forming lines, cut-to-length lines, slitting lines and other tooling for the same. Roll Forming Machine is designed and developed as per requirement of customers. Within a span of two years nearly 20 machines have been supplied throughout India. Working process: forming is a process to bend the sheet/strip as per design or drawing. The blank sheet is passed between rolls to achieve the desired shape without any variation or change in thickness. The wide range of machines helps customer to select the appropriate model as per job requirement. The line is supplied with attachments, which facilitate to get finished products at end with desired length. Other attached equipment offers following operations: pre-punch operation, profile cutting after formed, post punching, edge bending, multi fold operation. Why roll forming Roll forming line has the following advantages: unlimited length; can work any complicated bend not possible on press brakes; high rate of production; repetitive accuracy of profile; and low cost of products.
